The first ship in Celebrity Cruises’ Solstice-class, Celebrity Solstice is one of the most decorated ships in the fleet. It was awarded one of the Top 20 largest ships in the Conde Nast Traveller poll of 2014, in 2018 it took out Best Onboard Spa Facilities, and 2019 Best Onboard Dining.
Celebrity Solstice was the first ship to have a Lawn Club at Sea. A full acre of lush, green grass where you can relax, play bowls, or watch a movie on the outdoor screen. Along with the Lawn Club is a glass-blowing studio named the "Hot Glass Show" where passengers can create complex works of glass art.
True to its name Celebrity Solstice has 216 solar panels contributing to the ship’s electrical grid.
Scaling 16 decks, and measuring 315 metres in length, Celebrity Solstice can accommodate around 2,850 passengers and 1,250 crew.
Each of the ship’s staterooms are created to make your stay warm and welcoming, with stylish design and exquisite bedding. You'll have the choice between spacious suites, veranda and ocean view staterooms, along with inside cabins.
Celebrity Solstice will also take care of your needs when it comes to beauty, wellness, and fitness. The Canyon Ranch is available for unwinding, fitness classes, spa and salon treatments.
Known for its culinary excellence, Celebrity Solstice brings you a wide selection of restaurants that cater to every mood. Each menu gives you a gastronomic experience of the ports within your itinerary.
Celebrity Solstice sails to Australia, New Zealand and Alaska.
Celebrity Solstice Reviews
Nicole travelled in January, 2019 and left the following review:
Great ship, staff and food was amazing 💜
Virginia Moore travelled in October, 2018 and left the following review:
Our third cruise on this ship but was a little disappointed. The crew was great as usual. The cooling was too cold as a lot of people were agreeing. Good food but entertainment was only good a few nights. We were surprised to be charged for fares into the cities, which we have previously never had to pay. 👎 Our room was nearly at the back so a long walk. I would make sure we were towards the middle if we travel again.
